A Use your Savings That Last card*—it can be used for mail-order prescriptions, too.

Simply send your mail-order pharmacy a copy of your Savings That Last co-pay savings card with your prescription. If your mail-order pharmacy does not accept your card, follow these steps:

  1. Fill your 90-day mail-order prescription and pay as you normally would.

  2. Visit PatientRebateOnline.com to download a Direct Member Reimbursement Form. Print it, fill it out, and mail it in with the label from your BENICAR or BENICAR HCT prescription.

  3. You'll get a check in the mail.

Remember: Filling your prescription as directed by your doctor for BENICAR or BENICAR HCT may help you follow your treatment plan.
