The program allows you to build a personal plan to help lower blood pressure. Eligible program members receive a free Savings That Last co-pay savings card.

Use your Savings That Last co-pay savings card for eligible prescriptions of your blood pressure medicine. You can save on your medicine over time with a lower co-pay per fill*:
Months 1-6

Getting to your goal matters. If you are not able to reach your blood pressure goal while taking BENICAR® or BENICAR HCT®, Daiichi Sankyo will pay for up to 3 add-on generic blood pressure medicines that your doctor may prescribe. This generic medication offer is void in Massachusetts and Michigan.

*Pay no more than $25 per prescription from months 1 to 6; $20 per prescription from months 7 to 12; and $15 per prescription after month 12. The maximum benefit for a 30-day to 60-day prescription is $70 per fill. For a 90-day prescription, the maximum benefit is $125 per fill. Patients without insurance will receive $25 off the retail price. One month is defined as a 30-tablet supply. Three months is defined as one 90-day tablet supply. You are not eligible if you are enrolled in any state or federal healthcare program, including but not limited to Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DOD, or TRICARE/CHAMPUS; where taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law; or if you do not otherwise comply with the terms herein. Offer for up to 3 generic blood pressure medicines applies only to patients with commercial insurance. Maximum benefit for each generic medicine is $25 per prescription. Void in Massachusetts and Michigan. Further, you agree to discontinue using the card if you enroll in a state or federal healthcare program during the program period.
